Today Peter is enjoying a boat ride with his sisters at Grandma and Grandpa Hanson’s (Poopster). He was looking forward to that. I bet the leaves are beautiful on the lakes. I hope you all are enjoying the weekend, as well.
Peter looks great in that Sakic jersey! Bailey loved seeing someone else with a Sakic jersey! He has the third jersey! We check in often to see how Peter is doing and know that, although the road ahead is tough, Peter is tougher! We’ve been there, done that for the past 7 years and just want you to know that our hearts are with you. Take care and stay strong.

WOW Peter!! What a cool jersey you now have! You deserve it BIG TIME!! You are such a tuff, amazing little boy with such big things to be going through!! It was such a beautiful autumn day yesterday. I was going to take Parker for a walk, but it was kind of windy for him – kind of took his little breath away. But we enjoyed the day anyway. Hope you had fun on the lake. Unfortunately Papa took our boat in to get it ready for winter yesterday. We hope you feel good while you are home before you head back down for Round III. Stay tuff and strong – be sure to eat like a big man to keep up your strength. That will all help you fight that old path thing.:) We hope you all have a good week at home!

I love that picture. I will show it to Joe at practice on Tuesday. I am sure he will think that is cool!!! We won a big game today against Vancouver, so we have tomorrow off to rest.
We come back to play the wild agiain next month, and I want you to come down to practice and meet Joe and some of the rest of the guys.
